摘要: Objective The aim was to compare the accuracy of 3-dimensional virtual (3D-VMS) and conventional manual methods (MMS) for model surgery intermediate wafer (IW) fabrication. Study design Twenty-five patients were divided according presence or absence anteroposterior movement (groups 1 2, respectively) canting correction 3 4, maxilla. After MMS 3D-VMS, IW 3D (3D-VIW) fabricated. Additional maxillary casts mounted on articulator using these IWs positions, positions statistically analyzed. Model fabrication did not show differences accuracy. Conclusion Three-dimensional VMS MMS. However, 3D-VIW needs be improved.
