摘要: It has been suggested recently that oxygen-derived free radicals may play an important role in the genesis of reperfusion injury and arrhythmias. Free have a very short half-life (ranging from mili- to microseconds), hence almost all reports supporting radical hypothesis cell indirect. We applied electrone spin resonance spectrometry measure directly amount generated during ischemia reperfusion. The concentration mitochondria increased significantly (for 20 40 min). after was higher than ischemia, large generation occurred within first 60 sec returned level prereperfusion at 5 min reperfusion-induced ventricular fibrillation group non-occurrence group. administration liposomal super-oxide dismutase reduced incidence prevented This study showed enhanced onset scavenger development arrhythmias obtained more circumstantial evidence for involvement
