摘要: This study was conducted to evaluate the influence of an exogenous enzyme mixture on in vitro gas production (GP), dry matter degradability (DMD), metabolizable energy (ME) and short chain fatty acid (SCFA) growing lambs fed a high concentrate diet. ZADO® (ENZ) is powdered, commercially available multi-enzyme feed additive produced from Ruminococcus flavefaciens. Four levels ENZ (i.e., 0, 5, 10 20 mg/g DM; or EO, E5, E10 E20, respectively) were applied directly substrate inside incubation bottles before addition buffer medium rumen fluid, treatments assayed triplicate runs. Addition linearly increased (P<0.05) GP at 6 96 h tended (P=0.08) increase 12, 48 72 incubation. Asymptotic (P=0.05) as level lag time decreased (P=0.003). Concurrently, DMD (P<0.001) increased, but had no effect SCFA ME. Finally, rate production. Results suggest that this preparation has potential improve efficiency utilization diets lambs.
