摘要: Exosomes are endosomal-derived nanovesicles released by most cells types, including tumor cells, and principally involved in intercellular communication physiology disease. Tumor exosomes gaining increasing interest medicine oncology as efficient tools for the delivery of defined signals. Representing acellular replicas they contain a great variety bioactive molecules, such proteins, RNA, miRNA DNA. Their ability to recirculate body fluids their structure allow them transport cargo distant targets. Major studies have shown that convey information not only between but also other cell different immune components. There is evidence these may contribute cancer progression influencing likely blunting specific T immunity skewing innate toward pro-tumorigenic phenotype. Because this function additional property deliver molecular signals modulating neoangiogenesis stroma remodeling, believed play role favoring metastatic niche onset. This review outlines recent knowledge on suppressive mechanisms mediated exosomes. We will discuss our view nanovesicular structures how presence could interfere with therapy.
