摘要: Among the cells that constitute central nervous system (CNS), astrocytes are most abundant in brain. They originate from neural tube, differently other glial of astrocyte-like, enteric glia, which crest. Cerebral interact with brain such as neurons, mediated by cellular contact involving extracellular matrix (ECM) elements and integrin astrocytes. Interactions can also occur through exchange soluble molecules, cytokines, growth factors, delivered interacting cells. Of factors secreted astrocytes, members transforming factor (TGF) beta family, especially TGF-β1, highly important. TGF-β1 acts development, adult homeostasis, orchestrating brain’s response to injury and/or aging. These cell–cell interactions depend on membrane plasticity expressed biophysical forces interaction.
