摘要: In Parkinson's disease, multiple cell types in many brain regions are afflicted. As a consequence, therapeutic strategy that activates general neuroprotective response may be valuable. We have previously shown Notch ligands support neural precursor cells vitro and vivo. Here we show precursors express the angiopoietin receptor Tie2 injections of angiopoietin2 activate adult brain. Signaling downstream regulate blood vessel formation. brain, ligand Dll4 with opposing effects on density vessels.
