摘要: In 2003, Mexico embarked on a structural reform to improve the health system performance by establishing System of Social Protection in Health. The main innovation has been Seguro Popular. this work, we review experience breast cancer at Instituto Nacional de Cancerologia (INCan), whose costs were covered Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed group patients who received medical treatment INCan from 2007 2013. This included demographic, diagnostic, clinical and survival data. Results: total 3,109 cases reviewed. median age 50 years; 70% diagnosed stage IIA higher; 80% required multidisciplinary treatment; 22% had over expression HER2; 17% triple negative. overall comparable that observed other populations, according immunophenotype. Conclusion: showed excellent results control disease, with follow-up. However, it is essential primary secondary prevention programs for Mexico, due high personal economic public problem yields our country.
