摘要: The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of antibiotic Viomycin sulphate its constituent aminoacids in H2O D2O were examined a wide range pH values. analysed by proton spin-spin decoupling experiments measurements the relative intensities resonance chemical shift Exchange also carried out an almost complete assignment resonances was possible. data obtained are discussed terms possible structures for presence intramolecular hydrogen bonds. Some information about conformation molecule is given. A tentative spectrum given experimental values compare well with theoretical ones evaluated Grant's rule.
