摘要: Left ventricular dynamics, coronary blood flow (\(\dot V_{cor}\)), and myocardial oxygen consumption (\(M\dot VO_2\)) were determined in normal patients (N), chronic pressure overload (aortic stenosis, AS), volume incompetence, AI), heart disease (CHD). Peak systolic enddiastolic wall stress increased AS AI by 26–52 per cent, the being preferably AS, whereas was markedly greater AI.\(\dot V_{cor}\) and\(M\dot VO_2\) elevated both groups 44–55 cent (p<0.001). Sufficient correlation present between peak the\(M\dot (r=0.82). Since at a given somewhat when compared with N CHD, considerable enhancement of rate development (AS) as well external cardiac work (AI) may contribute to increase overall consumption. It is concluded that represents primary determinant of\(M\dot increases these diseases hypertrophy becomes inappropriate regard demands imposed left ventricle.
