摘要: Results generated by the immunohistochemical staining with PC10, a new monoclonal antibody recognizing PCNA (a nuclear protein associated cell proliferation) in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissue were compared those of Ki-67 labeling DNA flow cytometry 47 consecutive non-small lung cancer (NSCLC). reactivity was observed all samples confined to nuclei cells. Its frequency ranged from 0 80% (37.7 +/- 23.6) larger sized, early-staged aneuploid tumors expressed significant higher number PCNA-reactive The rates closely correlated (r = 0.383, P 0.009). By cytometry, we good correlation among S-phase fraction 0.422, .0093) G1 phase 0.303, .051) cycle. indicate that PC10 is simple method for assessing proliferative activity formalin-fixed, NSCLC correlates well
