摘要: Avian influenza viruses do not typically replicate efficiently in humans, indicating direct transmission of avian virus to humans is unlikely. However, since 1997, several cases human infections with different subtypes (H5N1, H7N7, and H9N2) have been identified raised the pandemic potential humans. Although circumstantial evidence exists, novel avian-origin isolated from lack ability transmit person-to-person. on-going infection H5N1 increases likelihood generation human-adapted potential. Thus, a better understanding biological genetic basis host restriction critical factor determining whether introduction into population will result pandemic. In this article, we review current knowledge type A which all are categorized.
