摘要: The Syndrome of Multiple Organ Failure (MOFS) has been described as the sequential failure lung, liver and kidney following injury [1–11]. Historically, MOFS was a response pattern polytrauma [1–7]. Since then, it after variety surgical pathologies including: sepsis septic shock, hypovolemic shock in ruptured aneurysms, persistent inflammation, pancreatitis [8–12]. It is also felt to be most common reason associated with intensive care units (SICU) stays over 5 days major cause death these patients today [12, 13].
