摘要: Summary Tumor initiation in cotyledons of Helianthus inoculated with Agrobacterium tumefaciens B 6 has been studied vitro .The susceptibility the is dependent on physiological age and can be changed by exogenously applied growth regulators.About same results could obtained NAA, BAP, GA 3 , ABA, also NETC. The tumors was unaffected these additions. It concluded that tumor not controlled one regulators specifically.Application plant may result a hormonal imbalance rendering cells an optimal condition for transformation cells.
