摘要: Cell-associated biosynthesis of cadmium sulfide (CdS) nanoparticles has been reported to be rather slow and costly. In this study, we report on a rapid low cost CdS using culture supernatants Escherichia coli ATCC 8739, Bacillus subtilis 6633 Lactobacillus acidophilus DSMZ 20079T. The synthesis was performed at room temperature in the laboratory ambience were formed within 24 h. Ultraviolet (UV)–visible spectroscopy study revealed buildup absorption bands 419.5, 381.5 362.5 nm for E. B. L. 20079T, respectively assisted nanoparticles. X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) fluorescence spectral analyses ascertain formation Individual as well few aggregates having size 2.5 5.5 found. process extracellular fast may help development an easy eco-friendly route
