摘要: Cadmium sulfide (CdS) nanospheres were successfully synthesized by chemical bath deposition (CBD) in the systems cadmium nitride tetrahydrate (Cd(NO3)2.4H2O) - thiourea (NH2CSNH2) complexing agent pH buffer. An L9 Taguchi experimental design was used with purpose of determines processing conditions to promote CdS formation. For that reason, parameters varied at three levels, as follows: (without agent, glycine (NH2CH2COOH) and sodium citrate (Na3C6H5O7)), buffer (4 mL borate, 11; 2 ammonium hydroxide/ chloride, 10; borate/pH 11), temperature (323.15, 338.15, 353.15 K) time (20, 30, 40 minutes). Microstructural study performed SEM/EDS, XRD laser particle size analyzer. According characterization results, analysis variance (ANOVA) main effects, for CBD-CdS synthesis are: (Cd(NO3)2.4H2O), (NH2CSNH2), borate (2 mL) 338.15 K minutes.
