摘要: Aims:  To detect the effect of pepsin-hydrolysate conglycinin (PTC) on growth Escherichia coli O138in vitro, and investigate PTC intestinal microbial community mice after E. infection. Methods Results:  Serial dilution method was used to antibacterial activity in 96-well cell-cultivated plates. Fifty-five KM were randomly assigned five groups: normal, feeding-E. control, HCl-full hydrolysis conglycinin, PTC. Orally administrated with hydrolysates from for 21 days, each mouse fed 2 × 108 CFU ml−1 O138 22nd day. The activities monitored polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis analyse faeces. results showed that could inhibit at nitrogen concentrations more than 520 mg l−1. There high similarity between normal groups. Conclusion:  inhibits O138, keeps healthy following oral administration infection maintains a balanced active their gastrointestinal tract. Significance Impact Study:  This study demonstrated against its ability maintain even they infected coli. observation is significant application prevent diseases caused by unbalanced microflora.
