摘要: Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.cv. VRI-2) seeds were imbibed in distilled water(control), 30 mM NaCl (stressed) and + 10 mg L-1 triadimefon for 12 h grown a seed germinator with day/night temperature of 30/22 °C photoperiod 16 PPFD 250 µEm-2 s-1. Seedlings irrigated respective treatment solutions. Fifteen days old seedlings harvested used the study. The stress decreased seedling growth, dry weight, photosynthetic pigments, protein content level proline oxidase activity it increased proline, glycine betaine content, protease ATPase activities. Triadimefon ameliorated caused by increasing root chlorophyll, carotenoid, contents decreasing accumulation, levels ATPase. amelioration conferred may be mediated synthesis, osmoregulation reduced energy requirement.
