摘要: Cucumber (Cucumis satvus L.) seeds were imbibed in distilled water (control) and 10 mg l−1 triadimefon (TDM) for h then grown a plant growth chamber with light/dark temperature of 28/20 °C photoperiod 14 light intensity 60 µmol m−2 s−1. 14-day-old seedlings exposed to chilling stress 6/3 4 d. TDM improved the rate cucumber seedling subjected increased photosynthetic pigments contents relative content compared control at end stress. Chilling decreased protein activities SOD, CAT POD, but it proline, H2O2 MDA accumulation, electrical conductivity. ameliorated injury caused by preventing decreases POD inhibiting increases contents, conductivity, which suggested that negative effect
