摘要: Background: Food allergy is an adverse reaction secondary to a specific immune response after exposure food. Knowing the natural course of food allergies essential for opportune diagnosis and treatment. Objective: To know clinical profile children diagnosed with attended at pediatric allergology department care hospital. Method: Cross-sectional study medical records confirmed allergy. The type allergy, initial presentation, history familial atopy, time breastfeeding, ablactation age positive allergens per patient, among others, were assessed. Descriptive analysis was performed association searched chi-square test. Results: Females predominant 95 patients. Milk, soy, wheat egg foods more allergic responses. Predominant manifestations gastrointestinal. from symptoms’ onset definitive 3.2 years. associated ≥ 6 months, milk soy respiratory gastrointestinal symptoms, dermatological symptoms. Conclusions: in our population appeared mainly as symptoms there between presentation allergenic foods.
