摘要: Background : Adverse reaction to food has increased around the world in last years. Prevalence of allergy raises between 2-4% adults, and 6-8% children. The clinical presentation is heterogeneous varies from mild symptoms anaphylactic reactions. Even history focused important; demonstration allergen sensitization mandatory. Objective To describe profile patients with suspicion regular practice followed Mexico.
