摘要: Most people can eat a variety of foods without problems. However, in small percentage the population, certain cause adverse reactions, from which origin should be investigated: Perhaps food poisoning, psychological aversion to food, an intolerance ingredient meal or true allergy. Diagnosis allergy requires combination detailed medical history, laboratory data and many cases, oral challenge, is confirmatory either tolerance reaction (allergy non-allergic). The cornerstone management elimination allergen involved, however process could predispose patients, especially children inadequate diets nutritional deficiencies thus eliminating done most specific way possible.
