摘要: We report diamond nanowires grown in an atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition process. These are straight, thin and long, uniform diameter (60-90 nm) over tens of micrometers. Spectroscopic analysis, electron diffraction, transmission microscopy provided confirmation that these with high crystallinity structural uniformity. They further revealed encased within multiwalled carbon nanotubes.
