摘要: Identification of the fungi forming ectomycorrhiza is still a great challenge. Ectomycorrhizae Picea abies, collected in southwest Germany during several years and described as morphotypes, were identified using LSU ITS sequences. To this fungal sequences amplified from mycorrhizae compared with sporocarps. The partner Piceirhiza gelatinosa was Hygrophorus olivaceoalbus, rosa-nigrescens Dermocybe cf. semisanguinea, white mycorrhiza, here for first time, belongs to Hebeloma velutipes group (Hebeloma crustuliniforme complex). genus level possible lanuginosa where Cortinarius-species partner. A Tomentella-species forms newly light-brown mycorrhiza. family order-level achieved milky-dull silvery mycorrhiza (Cortinariaceae), globulifera (Aphyllophorales), respectively. Ten samples white, slightly bent formed by 8 different Cortinarius-species, including among others Cortinarius traganus, C. delibutus, brunneus. partners brown, smooth displaying only Hartig net are Ascomycetes, these Wilcoxina mikolae Hymenoscyphus ericae.
