摘要: Sperm penetration and the formation of a fertilization cone in micropylar canal egg common carp were examined by electron microscopy. The overwhelming majority inseminated eggs fixed without immersion fresh water showed that first spermatozoon had penetrated into ooplasm before cortical reaction occurred, many cases formed to plug canal. At this stage sperm head was usually located at base cone, tail part did not participate cone. Inseminated soon after elevation membrane simultaneous recession often permitted few supernumerary spermatozoa perivitelline space near canal, but polyspermic never observed. mechanism block polyspermy is discussed connection with
