摘要: Submicroscopic studies on the spermatozoon of rabbit have shown that ( a ) neither incubation with oviduct washings nor freshly shed ova has any effect morphology mature spermatozoa which could be compared penetration changes; b penetrating while passing through zona pellucida apparently loses its cell membrane and gradually becomes denuded head cap; c reach vicinity vitelline no cap, covering, or cytoplasmic layer “apical body” is elongated.
