摘要: Using the partition-free time-dependent Landauer-Buttiker formalism for transient current correlations, we study traversal times taken electrons to cross graphene nanoribbon (GNR) molecular junctions. We demonstrate electron signatures that vary with disorder and orientation of GNR. These findings can be related operational frequencies GNR-based devices their consequent rational design.
