摘要: Abstract Random fluctuations of the shot-noise power in disordered graphene nanoribbons are studied. In particular, we calculate distribution shot noise with zigzag and armchair edge terminations. We show that statistics is different for each type these two structures, which a consequence presence electron localizations: while electronic states Anderson localized, absent, but electrons anomalously localized. Our analytical results verified by tight binding numerical simulations random hopping elements, i.e., off diagonal disorder, preserves symmetry sublattices.
