摘要: The female athlete triad (disordered eating, amenorrhea, osteoporosis) is a severe and potentially fatal syndrome that affects many athletes. This research described the preparedness of coaches to participate in primary prevention intervention triad; specifically, senior Physical Education Sport majors' (N = 61 ) current state knowledge, attitudes, skills, behaviors related were examined. Results indicated majority student lacked knowledge ofthe triad, appropriate attitudes not likely behaviors. Comparisons found students had significantly more than male students. Also, subjects who reported receiving training about did differ their from those without training. These findings indicate need for initial continuing education coaches.
