摘要: Abstract Hafnium germanate (HfGeO4) presents under X-ray excitation a high UV fluorescence at around 365 nm that may be used for imaging. Its synthesis by different co-precipitation routes with sodium hydroxide, ammonia, potassium dimethylamin and tetramethylammonium hydroxide was studied. Precipitated amorphous hydroxides were then washed, dried calcined 1100°C 6 h to make HfGeO4 crystallize. Hydroxides oxides characterized Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy, diffraction fluorescence. Hence we could emphasize importance role of ammonium ions on the structure optical properties synthesized products. More particularly, it has been demonstrated only products precipitated in presence lead single-phase HfGeO4.
