摘要: Abstract Dielectric permittivity–voltage ( e ′– V ) hysteresis behavior of a deformed helix ferroelectric liquid crystal (DHFLC) material viz. MIP0806 has been explained on the basis electronic equivalent circuit and Preisach model for capacitors over broad frequency temperature ranges. Observed inversion curves above, 230 kHz, is attributed to high sign change dielectric biaxiality. The molecular rotation around short axis accounted re-entrant at about 6 MHz. For present DHFLC system, dependent coercive field also observed analyzed.
