摘要: Abstract The replicative cycle of the fungus herpes-type virus resembles that herpesviruses vertebrates. Assembly nucleocapsids occurs in nucleus. During passage from nucleus to cytoplasm, are temporarily enveloped by two nuclear membranes. membranes degraded and then acquire a fibrillar coat. final envelopment coated at membrane surfaces Golgi complex or cytoplasmic vacuoles. By manipulation culture conditions, permissive nonpermissive states fungal cells can be readily achieved.
