摘要: Yarrowia lipolytica A-101-1.22 produces high citric acid (112 g l−1) with a yield of 0.6 g−1 and productivity 0.71 l−1 h−1 during batch cultivation in the medium glycerol-containing waste biodiesel industry. However, it was observed that specific production rate, which maximal at beginning biosynthesis, gradually decreases late phase makes continuation process over 100 h pointless. The cell recycle repeated regimes were performed as ways for prolongation synthesis by yeast. Using recycle, active biosynthesis (96–107 0.64 1.42 prolongated up to 300 h. Repeated culture remained stable 1000 h; RB variant 30% feed every 3 days showed best results: 124.2 l-1 0.77 g-1 0.85 h-1.
