摘要: The mineralocorticoid aldosterone plays an important role in regulating blood pressure, with excess causing hypertension and exacerbating cardiovascular disease. Previous studies have indicated a for both phospholipase D (PLD) protein kinase (PKD) angiotensin II (AngII)-regulated production adrenal glomerulosa cells. Therefore, the relationship between AngII-activated PLD PKD was determined two cell models, primary bovine zona (ZG) HAC15 human adrenocortical carcinoma cells, using inhibitors, 1-butanol reported inhibitor, fluoro-2-indolyl des-chlorohalopemide (FIPI). FIPI first confirmed to decrease activation response AngII models. Subsequently, it shown that inhibited AngII-elicited production. These results indicate is downstream of suggest one mechanisms through which promotes
