Patients from orthopaedic, gynaecological, visceral, and trauma surgery departments university hospital were involved two prospective surveys. Survey 1 performed at baseline survey 2 after implementation QMS within interval year. patients asked report intensity visual rating scale, incidence analgesia-related side-effects, interference with items life their satisfaction treatment POP. Results. (n¼251) reported 25-30% less than those 1( n¼269) (P,0.0001). Nausea by 40% vs 17% 2, vomiting 25 11% fatigue 76% 30% Life improved (P,0.001).
