摘要: Tissue culture research with the two most important groups of crop plants, legumes and cereals, has received much attention recently. Legume tissue protoplast been reviewed by Gresshoff Mohapatra (1). Protoplasts from a number can be obtained several sources including roots, cotyledons, leaves, cell suspension cultures. Cell wall formation divisions occur frequently; however, plant regeneration limited to only few species Trifolium (2), Medicago (3; 4), Trigonella (5). We report here callus mesophyll protoplasts eight economically legumes, differentiation roots protoplast-derived Glycine max, shootlike structures repens.
