摘要: Callus and suspension cultures of Trifolium repens (white clover) were established from seedlings. Protoplasts, isolated enzymatically cell aggregates cultures, produced callus which was capable in vitro differentiation into complete plants. Regenerated plants nodulated if inoculated with Rhizobium trifolii Karyotypic stability (2n = 4x 32) maintained for 2 yr callus/suspension culture through organogenesis Suspension treated to give "single-cell" populations high plating efficiencies soft-agar media.
