摘要: Abstract The present study aimed to evaluate the responses of different biochemicals parameters associated with environmental pollution in digestive gland gastropod mollusc Stramonita haemastoma. Physiochemical and trace metal elements (Copper (Cu), Zinc (Zn), Chromium (Cr), Cadmium (Cd) Lead (Pb)) were measured seawater. Spatiotemporal variations reduced glutathione (GSH), malondialdehyde (MDA) metallothionein (Mt) as well specific activities S-transferase (GST) catalase (CAT) evaluated this species during a one-year period 2013–2014. Samples collection was conducted at three sites. results obtained showed seasonal fluctuations GST CAT rate Mt content. In addition, intersite GSH, MDA, recorded individuals. Also, concentrations determined by season revealed spatial temporal for Cu Zn but they are below limit detection Cd Pb. highest values generally spring winter Zn. first regional using S. haemastoma model, biomarkers seen be inducible health state organism overall quality
