摘要: Abstract Elevated cadmium concentrations were observed at the southern part of Sfax which received direct contamination via water discharge from crude phosphate treatment plant and indirect by stock phosphogypsum. In this area ecosystem is completely destroyed therefore was necessary for sample collection to move toward south. order determine a spatial distribution pollution in consequences on cockles Cerastoderma glaucum, contour maps (Cd), metallothionein like protein (MTLP), malondialdehyde (MDA) acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity established. Contour mapping techniques showed elevated Cd, MTLP MDA samples Zarb El Ain south decreasing coast east. The pattern AChE opposite Cd concentrations.
