摘要: In wafer fabrications, engineers will set a queue time limit between particular operations to ensure the final product yield, which is named “time constraint.” Due dilemma of increasing machine efficiency or decreasing WIP, issues constraint become more complex in batch processing. This work proposed shop floor control policy serial-batch-serial processes with constraints. The concept safety stock ([S,s] policy) introduced WIP level for avoiding machines idle and wafers exceeding constraints simultaneously. Length constraints, MTTR service rate workstations are adopted determine size boundaries level. job hold/release addressed situations excessively high Furthermore, performances model compared DJAH MBSX rules. results indicated that could processing effectively.
