摘要: For the conservation of biodiversity, it is not sufficient to preserve living organisms or their gametes alone, because keeping fishes in aquaria freezers cannot conserve full range biodiversity which due loss ecological complexity original habitats. promoting richer future, more biological communities essential natural environments. In order prevent depletion environmental alterations other ways, necessary understand how diversity life particularly at species level maintained and equally know terminal extinction takes place under conditions. Moreover, a database on fishery resources concerned environment make decision about specific programmes fish germplasm resources. Hence, present study aims quantify shellfish selected backwaters such as Kadinamkulam, Veli, Poonthura real stocks
