摘要: The diagnosis of pheochromocytoma rests primarily on determination the 24-hour urinary excretion catecholamines and their metabolites. In most cases nephrotomography selective arteriography or venography, both, are sufficient to localize tumour. Selective venous catheterization assay plasma should be considered for localization in: (a) patients in whom standard techniques fail tumour; (b) who exhibit idiosyncratic reactions angiographic contrast materials; (c) young with familial pheochromocytoma, including those multiple neurofibromatosis endocrine adenomatosis, type 2; (d) recurrent, malignant, suspected multicentric extra-adrenal tumours; (e) excreting only norepinephrine urine. validity results is particularly dependent skill which carried out.
