摘要: This main aim of this work is to develop a “design for safety” based risk assessment technique the offshore platforms in order facilitate decision making. achieved through detailed examination related risks, and review relevant literatures traditional safety methods leading development new knowledge-based method (KBRAM) research methodology process. The involves definition objectives, further literature on analysis topics management systems. process laid foundation establishment framework integration design fuzzy reasoning approach model procedure platforms. requires collection data which was obtained from industry instance. involve surveys visit interviews questionnaires together constitute vital information required test running conduct preliminary validation studies with regard platform enable provision reaching some conclusions. results testing KBRAM using collected show determination level classification has been improved compared one same two-input parameter (TPRAM) due addition third KBRAM. In conclusion, above result satisfy facilitating decision-making reduced cost more efficient evaluations.
