摘要: Bifidobacteria are an important group of the human intestinal microbiota that have been shown to exert a number beneficial probiotic effects on health status their host. Due these effects, bifidobacteria attracted strong interest in care and food industries for applications several species listed as so-called "generally recognized safe" (GRAS) microorganisms. Moreover, recent studies pointed out potential alternative or supplementary strategy tumor therapy live vaccines. In order study mechanisms by which organisms generate recombinant strains can be used drug delivery vectors vaccines, appropriate molecular tools indispensable. This review provides overview currently available methods bifidobacteria. The protocols transformation bifidobacteria, well replicons, selection markers, determinants expression, will summarized. We further discuss promoters, terminators, localization signals successful generation expression vectors.
