摘要: Resveratrol (3,5,4'-trihydroxystilbene) is a phytoalexin that plays central role in the human diet because of its antioxidant, anticarcinogenic and antimutagenic properties. This paper shows development multicommuted optosensing device for determination resveratrol beer. The method based on measurement fluorescence (277/382 nm, λ(ex)/λ(em)) photoproduct on-line generated by UV-irradiation resveratrol. fluorescent monitored once it retained solid support (Sephadex QAE A-25) detection area, which improves both sensitivity selectivity. sample was delipidated with toluene cyclohexane extracted solid-phase extraction (SPE) C(18) cartridges, using methanol as eluent. pre-treatment allowed recovering about an 82% removing 3-O-β-d-glycoside (piceid) other interfering substances present provides limit (DL) 1.0 ng mL(-1) linear dynamic range (LDR) 3.3-100 mL(-1).
