摘要: Resveratrol, which occurs in two isomeric forms, trans and cis, is a phytoalexin with pharmacological activity, for example anti-cancer, anti-cardiovascular disease, life-span increasing properties. Red wine the main source of compound an easy way including resveratrol human diet. In work discussed this paper determination separation its isomers were investigated using micellar electrokinetic chromatography. The detection wavelength, micelle concentration, applied voltage studied optimized. Baseline was achieved. stability under typical consumer conditions also evaluated. When determined top-grade dry-red China Great Wall ‘‘Fazenda’’ by use our analytical method concentration found to be ≥1.3 ± 0.1 mg L−1.
