摘要: Abstract A rapid and simple method based on capillary electrophoresis was developed for the quality control of nutraceuticals containing resveratrol. Setting UV detector at 280 nm, optimisation involved separation 11 effervescent tablet components, including active compounds vitamin C, B 2 , flavanones hydroxycinnamic acids. Flufenamic acid employed as internal standard. The effects background electrolyte concentration, acetonitrile percentage voltage were investigated by means response surface methodology, considering responses critical resolution values analysis time. optimum conditions found Derringer desirability function. consisted 23 mM borate buffer, adjusted to pH 10.0 with 1 M sodium hydroxide, 7% (v/v) acetonitrile. Temperature set 25 °C 26 kV, respectively. Applying these conditions, time below 7 min. performances tested in terms selectivity, robustness, linearity range, accuracy precision system suitability, following ICH guidelines.
