Liquid Chromatographic Determination of Resveratrol and Piceid Isomers in Honey

摘要: In this work, a liquid chromatography method with diode array and fluorescence detection electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (LC-DAD-FLD LC-ESI-MS) has been developed for the determination of residues resveratrol in all its forms (free isomers glycosylates) honey. This procedure involves solid-phase extraction on polymeric cartridges isolation trans/cis-isomers piceid from diluted honey samples. Chromatographic separation analytes was performed isocratic mode C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm i.d., 5 μm) operated at 30 °C. The mobile phase consisted mixture water 1% formic acid acetonitrile (75/25, v/v), flow rate set 1.0 mL/min. Average analyte recoveries were 71% to 113% replica sets fortified limits when using LC-DAD-FLD between 40 120 μg/kg, meanwhile LC-ESI-MS 1.4 14.6 μg/kg. proposed applied analysis samples collected treated beehives experimental apiaries after preliminary field trial, they not found any over studied compounds.
