摘要: Bacillus megaterium strain MNSH1-9K-1, isolated from a high-metal content site in Guanajuato, Mexico, has the intrinsic capacity to remove vanadium (V) and nickel (Ni) petrochemical spent catalyst, counteract toxic effects produced cell due presence of oxidative stress. Since knowledge molecular components involved microbial resistance catalysts is scarce, this study aimed identify proteins potentially enhanced B. strain, during removal metals contained catalyst. Thus, current research uses proteomic approach investigate evidence differences mechanisms two strains, one mining wild type when both are exposed In addition, we studied their ability eliminate (Ni), (V), aluminum (Al) molybdenum (Mo). The data presented here may contribute high metal wastes, as well its potential utilization for recovery valuable industrial metals.
