摘要: Abstract The present note describes the use of surface pressure measurements (Langmuir monolayer technique) for analysis interactions two different anthracyclines (adriamycin and daunorubicin) with a non-ionic, zwitterionic phospholipid monolayer, at air–water interface. Because membrane cell is first barrier encountered by in treatment cancer, drug–membrane studied model (monolayers or bilayers) natural systems play an important role understanding bioactivity properties these molecules. We report here rate constants adsorption process adriamycin daunorubicin presence lipid strongly depend on molecular packing lipid, we investigated this relatively low (7 mN/m), being favoured gaseous liquid expanded structure monolayer. apparent area molecules during insertion into film their polar head groups was evaluated estimated percentage interface after briefly discussed. desorption water–monolayer have been calculated basis single-exponential model. observed difference parameters suggests interaction to and/or penetration across
