摘要: Three assays were carried out to determine methionine + cystine requirement and the digestible cystine: lysine ratio of males broilers, Avian Farms, from 1 20, 24 38 44 56 days age. Each experiment was a completely randomized design with five levels cystine, six replications 20 birds per pen 16 day age, respectively. The 0.731-0.916% (in increments 0.046); 0.712-0.881% 0.042) 0.631-0.781% 0.037) for Feed intake, weight gain, feed conversion carcass quality evaluated. There linear positive quadratic effects on body gain conversion, respectively, in phase. Using broken line model, (total) cystine:digestible phase 0.808 (0.907% total) 70%, according results conversion. For days, absolute leg quarter responded quadratically increasing cystine. 24-38 0.767 (0.844% 72%, gain. absence significant response third (44-56 days) demonstrates that lowest level met requirement. Nevertheless, best biological 0.668% (0.738% 71%, Methionine affected breast yield fillet
